The PULSE Center of Excellence (CoE) is India’s first strategic resource hub advancing inclusion, with a focus on the LGBTQIA+ community and underserved populations. Anchored in equity, it operates across five key areas: Skill Development, Pulse Portal, Awareness Drives, Entrepreneurship Incubator, and Advocacy. The CoE provides career counselling, digital and financial literacy, and IT training to strengthen capacity among low-income groups. Its entrepreneurship incubator supports LGBTQIA+ creators through incubation, market linkages, and a dedicated showcase platform. The Pulse Portal connects users to national and international employment and business opportunities. Awareness drives such as talent showcases, competitions, and gender sensitization bootcamps foster visibility and inclusion. Advocacy efforts aim to influence policy and create systemic change. By uniting practitioners, policymakers, and community leaders, PULSE CoE empowers individuals with tools for sustainable growth and champions gender equity at the core of development.
